Is there a way to change how the icon looks, location on webpage, etc.?

These are the customer's questions. I am pretty sure the icon cannot be changed nor the location, but worth asking if there is a possibility - since a lot of customers have been requesting the update of the Accessibility logo the the new recognizes logo for accessibility
