It will be a great feature to be able to have the option to make the webpart NOT display any results, and start displaying only after one starts typing in the "Search" or choosing a filter option (with the prerequisite that one will have the "Search" and/or "Filter" active and visible.

This is because as a matter of privacy, we cannot have a webpart displaying staff contact detail results front and center without one searching for it first.
